The couple decide to go together to the annual meeting of the four biggest nations in the world, held in the Nation of the Spirit King. There, Ruri runs into a mysterious stranger vying for her hand, as well as a local noble’s daughter who claims Jade is her fiancé! To top it off, not long after Ruri visits the forest where the sacred beasts dwell, one of their cubs goes missing. Now that Ruri’s the last person to have been to the forest, rumors abound that she’s the kidnapper! Will Ruri be able to clear her name and settle the matter of Jade’s would-be fiancée, or will this trip spell the end of her blissfully married days?
