Tracked UK delivery is £2.95 per order, however many books you add, and free on orders of £30 and over. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

From within the UK, in one of two ways. Most new titles are dispatched direct from our UK distributor's warehouse — it gets the book to you faster and keeps postage low. Kosho and anything we hold on our own shelf is packed and posted by us from Doncaster. Either way it's tracked UK delivery, your order is with Tsundoku Club, and the Mint Guarantee covers it. Available titles are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Pre-orders ship around the publisher's release date.

UK orders typically arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch by tracked UK delivery (usually Royal Mail). You'll get tracking by email once the order ships. Full details in our shipping policy.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of every order. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or email hello@tsundokuclub.co.uk and we'll resend it.

To arrive shelf-ready. Titles sent direct from our distributor are packed in their warehouse to the same standard we ask of ourselves; kosho and anything from our own shelf is packed by us. If a book arrives damaged in transit — whoever packed it — we replace or refund it. That's the Mint Guarantee.

Not yet — we currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is on our roadmap and we'll announce it as soon as it's ready.

Not really, and here's why. Our prices are already the lowest we can make them: most books sit well below the publisher's RRP, and what's left on each order after the book, packing and postage is small. A discount code on top would mean selling at a loss, so rather than raising prices to make room for codes, we keep everyday prices as low as we can for everyone. The one exception is a one-off 5% welcome code when you join our newsletter.

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery, plus our extra 30-day goodwill returns window for books returned clean, complete and resaleable. You usually pay return postage for a change of mind; we cover it for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. See the refund policy for the full details.

The physical books in your order ship together when every pre-order is ready. Place separate orders if you want in-stock books sooner.

We try to. Use the Notify me form on a sold-out product page and we'll send one restock email for that title only — no newsletter sign-up attached.

古書 — second-hand. Our kosho shelf is pre-loved manga we've checked by hand and graded honestly. Any wear is described in the grade, not hidden, and transit damage is still covered by the Mint Guarantee.

Every pre-loved (kosho) book that passes through our hands is individually inspected, honestly graded, and photographed. These are Tsundoku Club's descriptions, not a universal collector grading scale. Read the individual copy's condition notes alongside its grade.

• Like New — A pre-loved copy with no noticeable signs of wear. When we say 'Like New,' we mean it.
• Very Good — A well-kept copy with some signs of use or storage. When we say 'Very Good,' we'll tell you exactly why it's not Like New. Check the copy's notes for the specific wear rather than assuming every Very Good book has the same flaws.

Look at the cover and corners for scuffs or creases, the spine for wear, and the page edges and interior for tanning, marks or damage. Use the individual condition notes and photos to judge whether that copy is right for your shelf. Any wear is described, not hidden.

Our pre-loved books are individually photographed as part of inspection and grading. Check the listing's photos and condition notes before buying. If you need a closer look at a particular area, email hello@tsundokuclub.co.uk before ordering so we can help you assess the copy.

Kosho — Pre-loved Manga is our second-hand shelf, not a condition grade. Book Condition records the individual product's grade; the current Kosho listings use Very good. Being in Kosho tells you a book is pre-loved, while its Book Condition value and copy-specific notes tell you about its condition.

No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and tracking in one place.

Tap the heart on any cover and it's kept on your favourites page. Signed in, your list is saved to your account and follows you to any device; as a guest it stays in that browser until you sign in, when it's merged into your account.

On Trustpilot — shop reviews live there independently, so we can't edit or filter what you write. We don't host reviews on this site; see our review policy.

Shop reviews are collected independently on Trustpilot, and we also sell on eBay as Tsundoku Club with 100% positive feedback. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments — card details never touch our systems — and every order is covered by the Mint Guarantee plus your full UK statutory rights.
