A flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay, however many books you add — and free on orders over £30.

From within the UK, in one of two ways. Most new titles are dispatched direct from our UK distributor's warehouse — it gets the book to you faster and keeps postage low. Kosho and anything we hold on our own shelf is packed and posted by us from Doncaster. Either way it's tracked UK delivery, your order is with Tsundoku Club, and the Mint Guarantee covers it. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days; pre-orders ship around the publisher's release date shown on the product page.

UK orders typically arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch by tracked UK delivery (usually Royal Mail). You'll get tracking by email once the order ships. Full details in our shipping policy.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of every order. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or email hello@tsundokuclub.co.uk and we'll resend it.

To arrive shelf-ready. Titles sent direct from our distributor are packed in their warehouse to the same standard we ask of ourselves; kosho and anything from our own shelf is packed by us. If a book arrives damaged in transit — whoever packed it — we replace or refund it. That's the Mint Guarantee.

Not yet — we currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is on our roadmap and we'll announce it as soon as it's ready.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@tsundokuclub.co.uk with your order number and we'll update it.

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery, plus our extra 30-day goodwill returns window for books returned clean, complete and resaleable. See the refund policy for the full details.

We're sorry! Email hello@tsundokuclub.co.uk as soon as possible with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you — return postage included.

Yes — you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Pre-orders ship on or around the listed release date. Publisher dates can shift; if that happens we'll email you straight away.

You can, but the whole order will ship together once the pre-order is ready. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

We try to. Use the Notify me form on a sold-out product page and we'll send one restock email for that title only — no newsletter sign-up attached.

古書 — second-hand. Our kosho shelf is pre-loved manga we've checked by hand and graded honestly. Any wear is described in the grade, not hidden, and transit damage is still covered by the Mint Guarantee.

No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and tracking in one place.

Tap the heart on any cover and it's kept on your favourites page. Signed in, your list is saved to your account and follows you to any device; as a guest it stays in that browser until you sign in, when it's merged into your account.

On Trustpilot — shop reviews live there independently, so we can't edit or filter what you write. We don't host reviews on this site; see our review policy.

Yes — and please do check, we'd do the same. We're Tsundoku Club Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17218558), registered office 53 Sheffield Road, Doncaster, DN4 9QR. Shop reviews are collected independently on Trustpilot, and we also sell on eBay as Tsundoku Club with 100% positive feedback. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments — card details never touch our systems — and every order is covered by the Mint Guarantee plus your full UK statutory rights.

Yes — every title we sell is genuine UK stock, supplied by a trusted UK distributor who imports directly from the publishers. Nothing grey-market, nothing bootleg.
