Shelf-ready or we replace it.
Every order is packed to arrive shelf-ready — whether it comes from our own shelf in Doncaster or straight from our UK distributor’s warehouse. If it arrives with transit damage — any book, any grade — we replace it. No photos of the packaging, no argument. That’s the whole policy.
How we shipMeet the reader behind the shop
Tsundoku Club is run by Thomas Gascoigne in Doncaster. New titles come from our UK distributor; pre-loved books are checked by hand. Every physical order is covered by the Mint Guarantee.
